 Noel Gallagher, Coldplay,
Kaiser Chiefs, Adele и Biffy Clyro стали в
этом году победителями Q Awards. На
церемонии, состоявшейся в лондонском
Grosvenor House Hotel, присутствовали такие
почетные гости как U2, Noel Gallagher,
Tinie Tempah и Jessie J.Adele, в категории «Лучшее женское выступление», предстояла жестокая конкуренция с Beyonce, Laura Marling, PJ Harvey и Jessie J. Bon Iver получил награду за «Лучший альбом», WU LYF стали «Лучшей новой группой», а Biffy Clyro за «Лучшее живое выступление». U2 удостоились специального приза как «Лучшая группа за последние 25 лет». Ну, а Noel Gallagher был назван «Иконой» Q.
